Our premium service offers 1-2-1 personal training sessions conducted in an exclusive and private setting at our facility. You won't need to wait in queues for equipment, and you can work out in a comfortable and uninterrupted environment.

Before commencing sessions, each of our clients undergoes a comprehensive consultation and assessment. This step ensures that both the coach and the client share a clear understanding of objectives. Additionally, any existing weaknesses or mobility limitations are carefully considered when crafting the client's personalized program.

Each session has a duration of 60 minutes, and our bespoke programming is tailored 100% to your specific goals, taking into account any past or current injuries.

We encourage questions and open dialogue during and after these sessions. Whether it pertains to topics like sleep, recovery, or nutrition, we're here to provide guidance and support to help you achieve your goals.
