While children are actively engaged in Physical Education at school and various extracurricular activities, there's a fundamental component missing from the puzzle – weight training.

Weight training offers numerous benefits, and we strongly believe that children and teenagers can gain from the strength they develop, the discipline they learn, the mental outlet it provides, and the injury prevention techniques that will serve them throughout their lives. Starting at a young age helps prepare them for safe and effective weightlifting and lays a strong foundation for success in all other areas of sports and fitness in the future.

Pricing for Youth Weight Training Sessions:

£60p.m - 2x sessions a week.
