Small Group Training is exactly as it sounds – a small group of individuals following a meticulously designed workout crafted by an experienced strength and conditioning coach. What sets this approach apart is that the same coach leads and guides all sessions.

This training method offers several compelling benefits. First and foremost, it guarantees high-quality programming, eliminating the guesswork often associated with walking into the gym and improvising a workout. Additionally, it ensures that, on those days when motivation is scarce, both your coach and fellow participants are there to inspire and propel you through your training session. And let's not overlook one of the most valuable aspects – the social component of training! We firmly believe that this is the most effective way to train as it accelerates your knowledge and experience.

Following a brief assessment and consultation, your program will be meticulously tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. Our clients encompass a wide spectrum, from those pursuing health and fitness to those training for strongman and powerlifting competitions.

Training in a commercial gym, isolated with headphones and minimal interaction, may work for some individuals. However, from our experience, it's often the reason why many people struggle to achieve their fitness goals due to a lack of motivation.

Session Schedule:

·       Ladies-only: Tuesday & Thursday 6pm

·       Mixed: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 5pm

Pricing: Paid monthly by D/D.

·       2 sessions per week: £80 per month

·       3 sessions per week: £90 per month

·       4 sessions per week: £100 per month
